We understand that there may be situation when you need to cancel your subscription to 14th Quran Academy. We offer a full refund for all cancellations made within 7 days of purchase, as long as no classes have been attended.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide us with your name, contact information, and the date of your purchase.
- We will process your refund within 7 business days.
Please note that the following conditions apply to all refunds:
- Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of purchase.
- No refunds will be issued for classes that have already been attended.
- A processing fee of 10% will be deducted from all refunds.

Additional information:
- If you cancel your subscription after the 7-day refund period, you will be responsible for the remaining balance of your subscription.
- If you are unable to attend a class due to circumstances beyond your control, such as illness or a family emergency, we may be able to reschedule your class or provide you with a credit for a future class.
- If 14th Quran Academy or its designated teacher remains unable to provide scheduled classes for consecutive 14 days without any valid reason or circumstances beyond human control, You can initiate refund or compensation request.
- We do not offer refunds for missed classes due to student negligence.
